Cross-Country

I am a member of the carronshore cross country team and i have been going for the past 4 weeks. It takes place every thursday 3:00 till 4:00 pm. Sometimes we go to the park near where i live and most of the time we have to run round it and then we run forwards and backwards about 3 times. I like it a lot and I feel it is making me more confident and faster.<3

    There’s a lot on the news just now about how exercise can make you more confident. I think that’s really interesting….and I think I need to get back to the gym, too 🙂
